Shipping, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Who ships your order. Prescription medications are dispensed and shipped directly to you by National Health Rx / Partell Compounding Pharmacy, 5835 S Eastern Ave, Ste 101, Las Vegas, NV, (702) 791-3800, Nevada permit PH02028. NextEra Rx does not store or ship medication.

Where we ship. We ship only to addresses in states where our providers and pharmacy are licensed to serve you. We do not currently ship to Texas. Medication must be shipped to an address in the state where you were evaluated. [Confirm: P.O. boxes and international addresses are not accepted.]

When your order ships. The pharmacy begins preparing your medication only after a provider issues a prescription. Timing depends on the provider’s review, any lab work your provider orders, pharmacy preparation and the carrier. Once your prescription reaches the pharmacy, orders typically ship within [X] business days by [carrier and service]. These are estimates, not guarantees. You will receive tracking information by email or text when your order ships.

Temperature-sensitive medication. Medications that need refrigeration are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs. Refrigerate them as soon as they arrive and follow the storage instructions on the label. Someone 18 or older may be required to sign. [Confirm signature and age requirements with the pharmacy.]

Shipping costs. Shipping is not included in product or subscription prices. The shipping charge is shown at checkout and charged with each shipment, including each monthly refill; medications that need cold-chain packaging may cost more to ship. [Expedited shipping, if offered, is priced at checkout.] From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping; any such offer and its conditions will be shown at checkout.

Damaged, missing or incorrect orders. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, for missing packages) at support@nexterarx.com or (714) 404-4250, with your order number and photos of any damage. If the pharmacy confirms the order was damaged, lost, spoiled in transit or filled incorrectly, we will arrange a replacement at no cost. Do not use medication that arrives damaged or warm when it should be cold.

Refunds.

  • First-visit fee:the $99 first-visit fee is non-refundable once your intake has been submitted for provider review, whether or not a prescription is issued. If you cancel before then, it is refunded in full. If you start a subscription, it is credited toward your first month.
  • Not prescribed:if your provider does not prescribe, you are not charged for medication.
  • Subscriptions:we do not give refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. Cancelling stops future charges (see “Cancelling a subscription” below).
  • Medication is final sale:for patient safety, a dispensed prescription cannot be returned to the pharmacy for reuse; Nevada pharmacy rules generally bar a pharmacy from returning a dispensed medication to its stock once it has left the pharmacy, unless it is in the manufacturer’s sealed unit-dose packaging. Once the pharmacy has begun preparing your medication, the order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
  • Errors, damage, temperature problems and recalls:if your medication is filled incorrectly, arrives damaged, may have been exposed to temperatures outside its required range before delivery, or is recalled, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. If the pharmacy confirms the problem, your remedy is a replacement at no cost (for a recall, the remedy the law requires). Problems caused after delivery, such as a package left out or medication stored improperly, are not covered.
  • Discretionary refunds:in exceptional cases we may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit. Doing so does not obligate us to do the same in other cases.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–10] business days. Your bank may take longer to post them.

Cancelling a subscription. You can cancel your plan at any time by email or phone, or online with the “Cancel subscription” button in your account, with no extra steps. When you cancel online, we may show you a discount or other offer; a “Click to cancel” button stays on screen next to the offer the whole time, and clicking it completes your cancellation right away. Cancellations by phone or email are processed without any offer. To stop the next refill, cancel at least 10 days before your renewal date; refills are sent to the pharmacy at that point, so a later cancellation takes effect after the next refill. Voicemail cancellation requests are processed, or returned with a call, within one business day. Cancelling stops future charges and shipments; no refund is given for the current billing period or for refills already sent to the pharmacy. There are no cancellation fees.

Questions or disputes. Please contact us first at support@nexterarx.com or (714) 404-4250, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, and we will work to resolve the issue quickly. Questions about your medication or side effects should go to your provider at US Health & Wellness or the pharmacist at (702) 791-3800.
