The questions we get asked before checkout.

Do I need a prescription?

Every preparation we dispense requires a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber following an evaluation. If you are not a candidate, you will not receive one — and you will not be charged for medication.

They are selling research chemicals labelled “not for human consumption” — no prescriber, no pharmacy, no lot testing, and no one accountable if something goes wrong. Everything we dispense is prescribed patient-specific by a licensed provider, compounded for you individually by a licensed pharmacy, and released with a lab report for your lot.

No. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before they reach you. They are prepared by a licensed pharmacy against a valid, patient-specific prescription from your provider. This is a real distinction and we would rather you understand it than gloss over it.

No. Both molecules came off the FDA shortage list, which ended the exemption that allowed pharmacies to compound essentially-copies of them. We dispense the approved brand products. Anyone still selling compounded versions at shortage-era prices is taking a regulatory risk on your behalf.

Prescribers are licensed in 49 states. We do not currently serve Texas. State telehealth rules govern whether an initial visit can be conducted by video or requires synchronous audio-video plus specific consent — the intake handles that automatically based on your address.

Almost certainly not. Compounded medications are excluded from essentially every plan, and coverage for brand GLP-1s depends entirely on your plan’s obesity-medication policy. Assume out of pocket. We will give you a superbill if you want to try.

Your intake, labs and visit notes are protected health information held by the medical practice under HIPAA. We do not sell health data, and we do not share it with advertising platforms. Marketing analytics run on non-health events only.

Tell your prescriber. Dose, timing and formulation get adjusted, or therapy gets stopped. We do not run a subscription you have to fight to cancel — you can end at any time from your account, and unshipped cycles are refunded.
