There was no prescriber, no lab report, no recourse. Millions of people are still doing that. NextEra Rx exists to make the legitimate route the easy one.

Attend a video consultation
Before any prescription is issued, you’ll have a live two-way video consultation with a licensed healthcare provider from US Health & Wellness. The provider reviews your intake with you, asks follow-up questions, and decides whether treatment is medically appropriate. Medication, strength, and dosage are set by the provider, not chosen by you.

Provider approval & payment
If treatment is approved following your video consult, your payment is processed. Medication, strength, and dosage are set solely by the provider, not chosen by you.

Pharmacy fulfillment
Your prescription is sent to our dispensing pharmacy, Partell Pharmacy, which fills and ships your medication directly to you.
Who signs your prescription
US Health & Wellness
All medical evaluations, clinical reviews, and treatment decisions are independently made by licensed healthcare professionals affiliated with US Health & Wellness.
When a treatment is determined to be medically appropriate, your prescription is issued by these licensed providers under the medical direction of Dr. Robert Vichich. NextEra Rx provides the technology platform to facilitate your care, but does not independently diagnose conditions or issue prescriptions.
