Hate needles?Say so.
Needle anxiety is common and it is not something to be embarrassed about — tell your prescriber in the visit and it becomes part of the plan rather than a reason to skip treatment. Several protocols run entirely without an injection, and for the ones that do not, there is usually a way to make the first month easier.
01
Topical
GHK-Cu cream
The copper peptide at 2mg/g, applied nightly. It is also the form with the strongest evidence behind it — most of the published GHK-Cu work is topical, not injected.
02
Nasal
NAD+ nasal spray
300mg/mL as a daily spray instead of a subcutaneous dose or an infusion. It also sidesteps the flushing that comes with pushing NAD+ too fast.
03
Sublingual
Oxytocin troches
A peptide that dissolves under the tongue, paired with sildenafil or tadalafil for sexual health. No injection, no swallowing a tablet.
04
Oral
Capsules and tablets
Whole protocols run orally — enclomiphene for the hormone axis, finasteride and minoxidil for hair, methylene blue, metformin. Not peptides, but often the right answer.
And if an injection is the right call anyway
Almost everyone who dreads it is picturing a blood draw. These are insulin-gauge needles into the fat of the abdomen or thigh — most members describe it as less than a pinch by the second week. Your prescriber walks you through the first one on video, and we send an autoinjector pen if that helps.
Why our list longer than theirs.
Most sites list a handful and put the rest behind a waitlist. We built the prescriber network and pharmacy partnerships to cover all fourteen, so the conversation with your provider is about what actually helps you — not about what we happen to stock.
Every dose is made for one patient against one prescription, assayed by lot, and shipped with the report filed to your order. Breadth and rigour are not a trade-off here.
